These terms cover your use of Ball Knowledge (the website and app at useballknowledge.com) and the Ball Knowledge Premium subscription. By using Ball Knowledge you agree to them.

Agreeing to these terms

The first time you open Ball Knowledge, and again whenever these terms change, we ask you to confirm that you're at least 18, that you understand Ball Knowledge is information only and not betting or financial advice, and that you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Ball Knowledge.

What Ball Knowledge is

Ball Knowledge is a sports data and analytics tool. It shows publicly available information about trading on prediction markets such as Polymarket, sports news, and sign-up offers from third parties. Ball Knowledge does not take bets, hold your money, place trades for you, or connect to your accounts on any betting site or prediction market.

Not betting or financial advice

Everything in Ball Knowledge is for information and entertainment only. A trader's past results, win rate, or profit don't predict future results, and following someone's bets can lose money. You're responsible for your own decisions and for following the laws where you live. You must be at least 21 (or the legal age in your state) to use sportsbooks, and at least 18 to use Ball Knowledge.

Data accuracy

Ball Knowledge relies on third-party data (including Polymarket and news providers) that can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it's accurate or available at any given time. Promo details change often, so always confirm the terms on the operator's own site.

Accounts

You can use the free app without an account. Premium requires a free account, created by signing in with Google or a link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that Google account or email secure. One account is for one person.

Premium subscription

Premium costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year (plus any applicable tax), billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Premium → Manage billing; you'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Premium is tied to your account and works on any device where you're signed in. It's for your personal use only, so please don't share your account or sign-in codes.

We may change Premium's features or price. If we raise the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and we don't give credit for partial billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged by mistake or something isn't working, contact us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Ball Knowledge: no scraping or reselling our data, no attempts to get around Premium, no interfering with the service, and no using it for anything illegal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ball Knowledge isn't liable for any losses, including betting or trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending service

We may update these terms; if we make important changes we'll let you know in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Ball Knowledge anytime.
